We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative (East Coast) to join our team and help drive our continued success. This role plays an important part in supporting our customers, strengthening our business, and contributing to the long-term growth of Douglas Dynamics.
This is a fully remote role supporting an East Coast territory. Candidates must reside in Florida or Georgia, ideally near a major airport for frequent travel. Venco Venturo is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role requires approximately 50%–75% monthly travel.
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned East Coast territory while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic and profitability objectives. This role focuses on expanding market share with existing customers, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term, value-driven partnerships.
