HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Lead complex problem-solving initiatives, architect technical solutions, and drive strategic alignment between technology implementations and organizational objectives.
- Communication: Lead high-level discussions with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure clear understanding and alignment on projects and goals. Influence decision-making and build consensus across multiple business units and technical teams.
- Enterprise Solution Development and Delivery: Design and oversee technical solution development and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions, develop comprehensive technical roadmaps, and ensure solutions meet both immediate needs and long-term strategic goals.
- Advanced Analytics Strategy: Define data strategy and governance frameworks, architect analytics solutions and translate complex business requirements into scalable data platforms that drive organizational insights.
- Integration Architecture: Design and implement enterprise integration strategies, evaluate integration platforms, and establish standards for system interoperability across the organization.
- User Experience Strategy: Define UX standards and governance, champion user-centered design principles, and drive initiatives to optimize end-to-end user experiences across enterprise systems.
- Supporting Digital Transformation: Contribute to modernization efforts by developing strategies to enhance manufacturing capabilities through innovative technical solutions.
WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:
- Advanced Problem-Solving, Troubleshooting and Debugging Abilities: Proven expertise in solving complex technical challenges and architecting enterprise solutions, with deep analytical capabilities and systematic approach to problem resolution.
- Business Acumen: Advanced business acumen with demonstrated ability to shape organizational strategy, optimize enterprise processes, and identify transformational opportunities.
- Technical Leadership and Expertise: Proven expertise of Enterprise Resource and Planning and data platforms that support business applications, including proficiency in Structured Query Languages, databases, reporting platforms, and BI/Analytics tools.
- Expert knowledge of ERP systems architecture and implementation strategies; Epicor Kinetic required.
- Expert knowledge of ERP systems data lifecycle management including data maintenance and archiving strategies.
- Expertise of enterprise integration patterns, API design, and modern integration platforms; Workato and Azure Data Factory preferred.
- Expert knowledge of data architecture, warehouse design, and enterprise database systems; Kimball Data Warehouse technique preferred.
- Advanced proficiency of the TSQL querying language, complex query optimization, and database performance tuning; MS SQL Server preferred.
- Advanced capabilities in BI architecture, data modeling, and analytics solution design; Grow BI Platform and MS Power BI preferred.
- Advanced understanding of low-code platform capabilities and enterprise automation strategies; Workato and MS Power Platform preferred.
- Strong background of DevOps practices and version control; Azure DevOps and Git preferred.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to communicate complex technical concepts to leadership, influence strategic decisions, and build consensus across organizational levels.
- Strategic Project Leadership: Extensive experience leading multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously, with proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects.
