We are seeking an Infrastructure Administrator!

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Administrator with strong technical expertise to effectively manage our IT infrastructure. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess the soft skills to provide exceptional support to our co-workers.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure clear understanding and alignment on projects and goals.
  • Daily Work Tickets: Assist in the response and resolution of daily end user support requests.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and resolve infrastructure issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Project Work: Assist in and sometimes lead infrastructure projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans for IT infrastructure that align with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Cyber Security: Support the implementation and execution of cybersecurity policies and procedures. Assist in conducting periodic cybersecurity audits and addressing findings to ensure compliance and security enhancements.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience and/or Training: Ten years of experience required in Information Technology field.

Licenses/Certificates: None required

Technical Expertise: Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.

  • Working knowledge of Windows Server and Client operating systems
  • Proficient with networking terminology and networking concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of computer and networking hardware.
  • Experience with Office 365 and Azure is preferred.
  • A working knowledge of telecommunications technologies is preferred.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
