We are seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
Develops relationships with key customers to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell to current and new businesses. Drive retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet customer needs. Maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and promote customer retention. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:
Education/Experience: College Degree or five to ten years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience and/or Training: Mechanical aptitude helpful but not required.
Technology/Equipment: Proficient in multiple computer software programs including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access. Experience in CRM and call center software packages. Ability to learn and master the ERP system as well as our other software support products such as dealer portals and websites.
Additional Skills: Ability to apply basic math skills including calculation of discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
